An accomplished business man, Sebastine Edokpolor Okoh is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Stiinos Limited, one of the leading Marketing Communications agencies with an impressive line-up of blue chip companies on their list of Clients. 
Sebastine Edokpolor Okoh hails from Umunede in Ika North East Local Government

Area, Delta State. He was born in Ibadan, Oyo State into the family of Chief James Okoh a retired military Officer and Mrs. Cecilia Okoh, a retired Teacher.
He started his primary education at Ibadan and later completed it at Army Children Primary School, Benin City. He completed his secondary school education at Ede Grammar School Umunede and thereafter proceeded to the University of Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti State, where he bagged a B.SC. in Banking and Finance. He also holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) and Diploma in Computer Studies. A thorough-bred professional, Sebastine is a member of the National Institute of Marketing Nigeria (NIMN) and a Fellow Chartered Institute of Public Management (FCIPM)

As a son of a military personnel, Sebastine lived in the barracks and only begun to experience living in the village during his days at Ede Grammar School, Umunede. He enjoyed living in the village and even more going to the farm especially as this afforded him the opportunity to make some money for himself.
Post-secondary school, whilst awaiting admission to the university, he had the opportunity to work

with UAC Foods (1997-1998). Upon graduation and completion of his NYSC, Sebastine worked for Sweet Sensation (a leading fast food chain in Lagos) as a Factory Supervisor.
Sebastine’s foray into Marketing Communications began from working with Tequila Events Limited, one of the pioneer Below-The-Line Marketing Communications agencies in Nigeria. He also worked with Leo-Direct and IDCL. In 2008, he birthed his own agency: Stiinos Limited
Respected and dearly loved by his people for his many acts of philanthropy, Sebastine is currently the Executive Assistant to Governor of Delta State on Events Management and the initiator of the annual Ika Carnival with the sole intention of improving the social and economic life of Ika nation.

Sebastine is  married to Mrs. Opeyemi Temitope Sebastine Okoh, an indigene of Ogun State and they are blessed with three beautiful children.
